On behalf of our internationally renowned client, we are looking for a top candidate to fill the position of experienced:
Quality manager
Location: Vojvodina
Required qualifications:
• University degree in tehnical or engineering related discipline
• Minimum five years of experience in quality assurance, testing, metrology or related fields in a international manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver reports in both oral and written format
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge and experience of suitable quality standards (especially ISO 9001, ISO 14001 i OHSAS 18001 and other related standards)
• Knowledge of SAP system is advantage
• Strong decision making skills and ability to take initiative
• Ability to approach problems and solve them in an analytical manner
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Good co-operation and communication skills;

Job description:
• Proposes a business strategy in the field of quality assurance
• Coordinates the functioning of the quality assurance system and environmental system for the protection of the health and safety of employees (from now on: integrated system)
• Ensures proper implementation of standards for quality assurance, environmental protection and occupational health and safety of employees (from now on: basic standards)
• Provides long-term viability of certified integrated system
• Initiates and coordinates projects for the development of an integrated system
• Provides adequate planning of quality costs
• Proposes and takes measures in order to reduce the cost of quality system
• Provides adequate solution to customer complaints
• Analyses the threats, risks and opportunities in the business in terms of quality
• Proposes required training programs within an integrated system
• Organizes external audits of quality and reliability of suppliers
• Manages associates, delegates tasks and coordinates the compeltion of tasks
• Proposes a business strategy in the field of quality assurance
